This reflects the YEARLY team Training Cost broken into 12 monthly payments (September, 2010-August, 2011), as stated in your signed contract. You are responsible for ALL 12 months of payments, regardless of your attendance.
Team payments are due the first of each month. Check your email or child’s folder for your statement. A late charge of $20 will be applied if payment is not RECEIVED by the 1st of the month.
There is a $25 non-refundable Membership fee due in September with your first payment for the 2010-2011 Season.
All team Members must be registered with USAG.
Team Members are expected to attend All Training sessions every
month throughout the year.
NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Please pick up your child promptly after practice to avoid a
late pick-up charge.
